Padel Specialists UK have created a stunning new padel venture in the heart of Stockport.
The padel venue at Stockport Exchange is opposite Life Leisure Grand Centre – just yards away from Stockport Train Station.
It will allow Life Leisure to provide more opportunities for the people of Stockport to join the UK’s fastest growing sport.
Padel Specialsist UK worked with Life Leisure to create Greater Manchester’s first indoor padel court at Houldsworth Village.

The padel club proved immensely popular and led for calls for more courts to be made available.

Driving Stockport’s Transformation

Padel Specialists UK installed a mobile court using a striking blue turf to ensure the new facility pops.
Courts are available to book via the Playtomic app and padel bats are available for hire from Life Leisure Grand Central.
Councillor Mark Roberts, Leader of Stockport Council, said:  “Padel at Stockport Exchange is more than a new sport hitting the town, it’s a bold example of how we’re rethinking the heart of Stockport.
“While plans for the next stage of development take shape, we’re making sure this key gateway doesn’t stand still.
“This meanwhile use brings fresh energy, life and movement into the town centre, turning unused space into somewhere people want to be. It’s exactly the kind of dynamic, people-first thinking that’s driving Stockport’s transformation.”

The new courts will open June 25th with a number of number of guests and famous faces planned to appear.
